Meet The Team
Home Manager
Heading St Margaret’s team of dedicated staff is Registered Home Manager, Luke Kenny MCMI.
Luke has been the Registered Manager since June 2019. Luke has previously managed dementia homes in the Kent area. Luke has a Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
Since joining the team in 2019 Luke has worked closely with the Clinical Lead Nurse and the team here at St Margaret’s to take the home forward and create a positive culture to provide compassionate, person-centred care in a welcoming and homely environment.
Deputy Manager
Sarah has been with St Margaret’s for over 10 years and has worked in a variety of roles within the service. Sarah holds a Level 5 Management and Leadership qualification in Health & Social Care. Sarah has also completed a Care Home Assistant Practitioner’s qualification.
Lead Senior Carer
Tarnya has been working in the care sector for the past 15 years. Tarnya’s job role comprises of supervising junior staff and ensuring our residents needs are met to a high standard. Tarnya is a valued member of the management team and assists in the implementing and reviewing of care plans and assessments.
Office Manager
Ann has worked at St Margaret’s for 4 years. Joining us as the Administrator, Ann was promoted to Office Manager in 2021. Ann assists with the recruiting of new staff, manages the staff training records and assists the Home Manager with administrative duties.
